Families

Brookwood Baptist Church is a family made up of people from many different walks of life. Men and women, singles and married couples, children and senior adults, military and civilians all can find a place in our family at Brookwood. We have a wide array of groups, gatherings, and events that will help you grow in your faith, worship God, and care for others.

Here are some of our church-wide family events:

Family Film Nights

Everyone is invited to attend one of these nights filled with fellowship, fun, and popcorn! Watch a family friendly movie in our Fellowship Hall. Bring your own favorite movie treats and we’ll provide the popcorn and drinks. Check the calendar for upcoming events.

Family Game Nights

People of every age are welcome to join us for fun and games at our family game night. We meet upstairs in the youth annex (above the Fellowship Hall) to play Xbox Kinect, Wii, Playstation, foosball, pool, air hockey, and board games. Have a great game? Bring it with you! Family Conferences

People of every age are welcome. These events are designed to enhance your family life. It will nurture your soul and bring you and your family closer to God. The next family conference will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2012 from 6-8pm. This is a free event. Childcare is provided. Youth will be participating in Saturday Night at The Annex. Come prepared with questions to play "Stump the Pastor".

Festivals

Come prepared for fun at our community-wide festivals! These events are intended to be outreaches to the Jacksonville community to let them know we care. We will have events planned for people of every age. Some of our festivals are the Spring Festival, End of Summer Festival, and the Fall Festival with Trunk-or-Treat.
